These vendors\nmay assist us in our marketing efforts, but they do not use your personal\ninformation to market their own products and services to you. They may\nuse your aggregate information as discussed below.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Service Providers.<\/strong>\nWe may disclose the information we collect from\nyou to third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who\nperform functions on our behalf. If you\nenter one of our promotions, we may post a list of the winners through\nour pages on various social networking sites. We may combine\nthis data with the personal information we have collected from you.\n\n<strong>Cookies.<\/strong>\nCookies allow a web server to transfer data to a computer\nfor recordkeeping and other purposes. We use\npersistent cookies to track aggregate and statistical information about\nyour activity, which we may combine with other information about you.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Third Party Cookies.<\/strong>\nWe use third parties, such as Google analytics,\nto track and analyze movement throughout our Sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Disabling Cookies.<\/strong>\nMost web browsers automatically accept cookies,\nbut if you prefer you can edit your browser options to block them in future.\nThe Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to\nprevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser\nnotify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.\nVisitors to our Sites who disable their web browsers\u2019 ability to accept\ncookies will be able to browse the Sites.\n\n<em>Do Not Track.<\/em> Simplay Labs does not respond to Do Not Track signals.\n<h2>Local Storage Objects<\/h2>\nWe may use Flash Local Storage Objects (\u201cFlash LSOs\u201d) to store your Site\npreferences, to personalize your visit or to display content based upon\nwhat you view on our Sites. Flash LSOs are different from browser cookies\nbecause of the amount and type of data stored. In addition, you cannot\ncontrol, delete or disable the acceptance of Flash LSOs through your browser.\nFor more information on Flash LSOs, or to learn how to manage your settings\nfor Flash cookies, go to the Adobe Flash Player Help Page, choose \u201cGlobal\nStorage Settings Panel\u201d and follow the instructions. To see the Flash\nLSOs currently on your computer, choose \u201cWebsite Storage Settings Panel\u201d\nand follow the instructions to review and, if you choose, to delete any\nspecific Flash LSO.\n<h2>Web Beacons, Pixel Tags and Other Technologies<\/h2>\nWe use web beacons, such as clear GIFs, web bugs or pixel tags, which\nare tiny graphics with a unique identifier similar in function to cookies.\nIn contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer\u2019s hard drive,\nclear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs\nin connection with our Sites to, among other things, track the activities\nof website visitors, help us manage content, and compile statistics about\nwebsite usage. We and our third party service providers also use clear\nGIFs in HTML e-mails to our customers, to help us track e-mail response\nrates, measure the success of our marketing campaigns, identify when our\ne-mails are viewed and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.\n<h2>Third-Party Links<\/h2>\nAt times, our Sites may contain links to third party websites. Any access\nto and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but,\ninstead, is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites,\nand we are not responsible for the information practices of such third\nparty websites.\n<h2>User Generated Content<\/h2>\nCertain of our Sites contain blogs and forums. Any information that you\npost to the blog or forum, including, for example, blog posts, comments\nto blog posts, pictures, and any other information, becomes public information\nand will be viewable by any other visitor to our Sites. We cannot prevent\nsuch information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy,\nthe law, or your personal privacy.\n<h2>How Secure Is Information About Me?<\/h2>\nWe have implemented commercially reasonable precautions, including, where\nappropriate, password protection, encryption, and SSL to protect our Sites\nand the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access,\ndisclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite\nour best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security\nall of the time.\n\nYou should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password,\ncomputer, and web-enabled devices, among other things, by signing off\nafter using a shared computer, inserting a password on your web-enabled\ndevice, choosing a password that nobody else knows or can easily guess,\nand keeping your password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or\ncompromised passwords, or for any activity on your account via unauthorized\npassword activity.\n<h2>Can I Access and Modify My Personal Information?<\/h2>\nIf you submitted your information on our Sites,\nyou may update your information\nby emailing webmaster@siliconimage.com. Please note that copies of information\nthat you have updated, modified or deleted may continue to reside in our\nsystems for a period of time.\n<h2>What Choices Do I Have?<\/h2>\nFrom time to time, we may send you emails offering products and services\nthat we believe might be of interest to you. If, at any time, you would\nlike to stop receiving these emails, please follow the opt-out instructions\ncontained in any such e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business\ndays for us to process opt-out requests, and that your opt-out pertains\nonly to the receipt of marketing and advertising promotions and not for\nissues related to your service.\n<h2>Terms of Use<\/h2>\nYour use of our Sites, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this\nPolicy and our Terms of Use including applicable limitations on damages\nand the resolution of disputes.\n<a href=\"zh\/Terms\">(Terms of Use)<\/a>\n<h2>Consent to Transfer Information to the United States<\/h2>\nIf you are located outside of the United States, please note that information\nwe collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.\nBy using our Sites and services, you consent to the transfer and processing\nof your information in the United States, which does not have data protection\nlaws that provide the same level of protection that exists in countries\nin the European Economic Area.
